After reaching a certain amount of money in my account at play ojo. They have stopped me withdrawing or depositing asking for a document to be uploaded of my card. After doing so, 3 days later nothing has changed. I am still unable to deposit or withdraw. I have sent numerous emails and never got a response. the online chat is just a bot so there is no help there. There is no number to call so I am just stuck with money in my account that I do not have access to. I have used this site for a long time and never had an issue before.
