Hi, I am trying to make a withdrawal of £300 and there is no sign of my money. It has been over 4 days now. I was asked to upload documents which I have done and received an email to say they have been verified. But I have still not received my money. I have tried to get in contact with support but it is impossible to get a response or speak to anyone! I would like to withdraw further funds but it doesn’t allow me to because it says I have reached the max pending transactions.
It seems like a good casino to play but why is it so difficult to withdraw any winnings!
