I have won over £60,000 from this casino. Everything has been verified previously. I have in the past received my winnings. However this is now 36 hours since I made a £10,000 withdrawal. This has still not been processed. They have placed me in their A-lister system. Which they claim withdrawals will be processed in 11 hours. This has clearly not been the case. Every person i speak to states they will speak with their finance department and get it processed. This is clearly stalking tactics so I play and lose the money.

Some of my money has now been processed. I’m disappointed it took me to make a complaint in here for these to be processed. I still have £30,000 to be processed. I’m onky allowed to withdraw £10,000 at a time. It’s 15 hours since I made the latest withdrawal.
