Hi I entered the PlayOjo weekend wonder tournament which ran 5th to 7th August.
I came third where the prize is £200 but even though PlayOJO have confirmed this I still have not been credited the winnings.
I have tried the online support on 9th Aug who quoted the reward would be credited later that day but it wasn't.
I first emailed Customer Support on 8th August got a reply on 10th August ref: CTK#950221 stating it had been escalated to the relevant team however after a number of requests for an update I have had no further communication.
Could you assist please?
