Non payment of casino winnings
Hi, I won £3000.00 on Play OJO casino. I verified my ID using my driving license and also my address using a bank statement. I have also sent in supplementary evidence of my debit card in case that speeds up the process.
I have had no response from ojo despite 3 direct emails to the ojo support. I have tried using their online chat as well as their Facebook page and also I have submitted a complaint through resolver. Brick wall...
Absolutely disgraceful that a regulated casino can operate in this manner and create as many barriers to customer service and withdrawals. Very angry to have won £3000 which I can not withdraw.
