No updates on document verification for withdrawal
I have £70 in winnings that I want to withdraw, to do so I need to verify my account. Sure no problem.
I uploaded my documents yesterday and the website says it takes around 12 hours to review. The first issue is there is no email receipt to confirm they have received the documents.
It's now been over 24 hours and I still cannot withdraw I do not know what is going on with the review as the site help chat is just an automated bot that spits out basic responses. Researching this it seems to be a common problem with PlayOJO.
