No sign of withdrawal after 1 week and no support about another withdrawal
I have waited exactly 7 business days as PlayOJO states the maximum time to recieve funds and the £30 withdrawal has still not reached my bank.
I have also made some requests on a player pending withdrawal via email and live chat which has had no response. The waiting time and customer support I have received have left me worried I will not see my £30 withdrawal or £1000 player pending withdrawal ever. Good casino, and has good games but some sort of response and a better withdrawal system would go a long way.
