I've won £500 from the site.
I was asked to upload documents which I did and I fully understand.
But when I asked for extra support due to my passport being out of date and not driving so I don't have a licence.
I've had no response for 4 days over the live chat and email.
All I have asked is what other documents can I send to verify my account.
I've given them plenty of time to respond (48 hrs in there t & c)
I just want to be able to withdraw my funds.
Could some kne please help
