I wanted to make a withdrawal but playojo asked for identification to be sent. I did this, and received confirmation by email that all my ID was accepted. I went to withdraw again and it still takes me to a page to upload documents again but with no information on what. I went onto the "livechat" it says they reply within a few hours and I've not had a single acknowledgement or reply in days. I've also emailed but have been completely ignored! I thought I'd write on here as it seems to be the only way to get a response. I'm only trying to withdraw £20! Can't believe how bad the customer service is and that they probably completely ignore customers in the hope that they'll spend the money they have instead of withdrawing!
