No response from live chat or emails to verify account
I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds from playOJO, it tells me I need to submit documents which I have done. It said I would receive email confirmation these had been received, I didn’t get any emails. I resubmitted just in case and still had no email even though the website said the documents had been successfully submitted and I would hear back within 12 hours. It’s now been 24 hours with no reply to online chat or 2 emails I’ve sent. I can’t withdraw my funds as it takes me straight to a page to send my documents. I just want a response so I can withdraw my winnings!
