PlayOjo Casino - No response from customer service over a prolonged period
I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer services via email and live chat over 3 days with no success.
I just want someone to speak to me so the restrictions can be lifted from my account so I can withdraw my winnings. I’ve previously had no problems with playojo and their response times and withdrawal times have been fast but now all of a sudden they won’t reply to me.
Once this is resolved I will continue to use this casino as the app is quite easy and attractive to use which is why I spend so much time there but the customer service response time is sadly below average.
I currently have £340 in the account.
Please can someone from the playojo team respond to me and lift the restrictions so I can withdraw some money and carry on using your services, thanks.
