Hi there, I am trying to verify my account at PlayOJO and do a withdrawal of $1,000 NZD but I'm not getting any response from the casino.
They 24/7 live but no one responds in the chat for and not even on the emails and I'm not the only player complaining about this. As you can see so many players have issues with casino.
I don't want to spend my money and lose all the winnings as this is what the casino is trying me to do that's why they don't respond to anyone.

hi all just letting you know that i have received 1400 NZD withdrawal in my bank account now. thanks all for your help. i will continue playing on PlayOJO because they have good website and the only problem is delay in response from customer service.

Hi askgamblers i can see my withdrawal 1400 NZD has been processed as wire transfer but please keep the complain open until i receive the funds in my account. i will update here as soon as the funds arrive in my account. Also can the casino explain why my last withdrawal was not processed as credit card payment. My first withdrawal was processed as credit card payment and it was the same method used for deposit but my second withdrawal was processed as wire transfer and the casino is itself is not following its own terms and conditions. I will update as soon as my funds arrive in my bank account than you can close the complain. thanks for all your help
