No response for days over both live chat and email
They emailed me saying I need to send them details to verify my identity for the Apple Pay I used to deposit in order to carry on processing my withdrawals. I sent all these details to them the same day via email and live chat. It’s now been 2 days since and I have not received a single response on either live chat or email, yet they are still sending me promotions and special offers via email. My withdrawal is now also not showing as processing anymore and I’ve not received the withdrawal in my bank account nor has it been refunded to my PlayOjo account. They are happy enough to take money off me when depositing but take their sweet time replying to me when I’m trying to withdraw money. I’ve won fair and square using money I’ve deposited myself not bonuses or free spin winnings.
