No reply from support after 4 days
I have been trying to withdraw my winnings for over 4 days and have not been able to connect with anyone via chat. I received one reply stating that they needed a copy of 2 credit cards linked to my Apple Pay account. The first one was replaced by the secondary one and is no longer available. I’m not sure why they are requesting this, as my recent deposit was via Interac e-transfer from my bank account and I have provided proof of this.
Anyway, the card linked to Apple Pay is in my partners name, as we share an Apple Pay account. I’ve reviewed other complaints and it seems there is a form he will have to sign, which is fine, but nobody is responding.
You submitted my ID and proof of address 4 days ago and haven’t even received confirmation that they’ve been accepted, but I was told via chat that it’s just the credit card they are requesting. I would really appreciate some support in withdrawing my winnings
