No Payment and no response regarding this issue even 12 hours process promised
I lodged a withdrawal of £4999 with play OJO yesterday morning which I was told I would receive in 12 hours, I have messaged all of their social media’s they’re “live chat” which is no existent as I haven’t received a single reply from any message I’ve sent I have also emailed with no avail. It says player pending as the status but surely should be processed by now.
If this is the continued customer service I receive here I will take my money somewhere else.
Only complement I can give this ‘service’ is that they’re website and app for slots works very well and smoothly, but what good is that when you can’t get your winnings.
