I have been trying for 3 days to contact chat and no one has bothered to reply. I've also send emails and nothing. I had 20 free super spins added to my account through my email. Yet they weren't showing in my account. Been trying to contact support to see where they are.
I've missed out on so many coupons and bonus because nobody answer the chat. Then when I finally get through I'm told they've expired!
