I then asked the live chat if they had received my documentation to which they answered that it will take up to 48 hours.
It is now May 15th and I still not have any answer regarding my verification process. I weblbt several times to Liva Chat, sent 2follow up e-mail to support but no answer at all.
There is a 1103$ balance in my account that I cant withdraw because I cant get verified
