I would like to submit a complaint I have not heard anything back regarding my verification documents I have sent 4 emails and can’t access the live chat for some reason? I would like this resolved it’s just disappointing as I love the site the slots are really good and loads of options.
I have submitted all the documents that have been requested and it says up to 12 hours and in some cases 48 hours and it has been 4 days.
Please can I hear something back asap as I have a fair bit of funds in that account which I need please advise.
