No contact and no withdrawal
I withdrew £1,400 on the 5th December at 2am. According to playojo's guidelines, I should have received the funds on the same day at 1pm. I have verified all my documents so there is no reason for the delay. I did receive 2 responses from the agents on chat and one of them apologised for the delay and reassured me I would receive the funds soon. The last message was just robotic.
Since then, I have sent 2 emails and another 2 chats asking them to withdraw the funds and to send me the companies details on their complaints procedure. I have received no response for 14 hours and still no funds, almost 24 hours later than their maximum timescale.
I have also noticed that there are hundreds of complaints online with almost identical issues as mine.
