PlayOjo Casino - No communication on pending withdrawal
Playojo terrible communication and no withdrawal after 1 week. Withdrawal shown as “player pending” I made contact so many times with the chat and also email with no replies coming through. I then sent a direct message through to twitter who eventually replied to say they needed proof of the card via Apple Pay. I attached all of the documentation ( see attached photos) including a full bank statement which clearly shows the £200 transaction. They are holding onto a £1.335 withdrawal and do not communicate at all. This has now been 1 week and had I not spoken to DM on twitter I would have not have known what is required. This is shocking treatment, and I need it resolved now
