I have made multiple deposits, I uploaded the verification requirements the casino would not allow me to withdraw after I withdrew the first time. my deposits are over £900 since the first withdrawal and the casino will not respond to any request for help. I think it’s fair with no opportunity to retrieve any winnings or communicate with this casino. it’s fair to refund my deposits after the only withdrawal I made.
