My withdrawal vanished and no help from the chat
I withdrew £500 on the 4th of november with playOJ and the withdrawal was coming up as processing user (or something like that) I have just clicked on the pending withdrawal section on your app and it’s saying error we did not find any results. It has not processed yet but not only have the funds not been returned to my account but I also haven’t received my withdrawal either. If I search past withdrawals it still doesn’t come up. Can you help? As I would like to know where they have gone. I have tried using the online chat but just end up with a robot that tells me the same thing over and over again.
