Long story short won 900 yesterday, uploaded credit card document, bank statement document and provisional id and passport. These documents are still not being verified.
Played playojo since 2017 and have had this issue since then.
I will be contacting gambling commision tomorrows regarding all this. I do feel like this is fruadulent. Physically unable to contact a real employee or CS department, or any payments for years.
