I won 4.000 which I wish to withdraw from the casino, and I couldn’t because of the block asking me to upload documents, and my account has been fully verified and last verification was two weeks ago with additional proof of payment used to deposit , which was approved and verified too. I can’t withdraw my winnings now and in verification section is nothing to verify but not allowing me to withdraw because of that error and I have no answer from them at all to resolve it and let me get my winnings pay out.
