I have been trying to withdraw £595 from playojo for the past 3 weeks. Their customer service has now stopped responding to my emails. They asked me for proof of bank account, address and passport/driving license which have all been provided.
They are also not responding on the chat
My original issue was that my sort code would not save on their website so every time I entered it it would say my bank account details were updated but not process the withdrawal.
It’s been over a week since they said they were going to do a manual withdrawal
