More verification issues arising day by day, can’t withdraw my winnings
I have not been able to withdraw funds from the casino due to verification being required even though I've already done this when signing up. The verification window doesn’t show that any files need to be provided as I said all files, proof of address, ID and bank card have already been done. I have tried to get in contact with customer support now for days and no one is getting back to me and I can’t withdraw my winnings.
