Hi, I have won 100 pounds on Oo casino. I have tried to withdraw money but got reply that they have issues with RBS payment and to provide them with my bank details. I have given them details in email provided but have not received funds. Also was asked to provide all documentation which I did. Tried to contact through online chat but just tells me to wait and no answer. I would like you to try and resolve issue as 100 pounds now a days its a lot of money. I was not told in any emails that money was just a bonus and withdrawal is showing pending. Many thanks
