Missing funds from blackjack
On 26th April and 9th May, 2022 I played live blackjack on the PlayOJO site. PlayOJO had a technical fault which resulted in the winnings from double downs not being paid out.
In all £95 that was owed to me was not paid.
I have contacted PlayOJO over a dozen times. Usually they do not even reply to me, occasionally they will reply but are not helpful. They totally ignored an official complaint I sent in May.
I compiled a list of all the hands where the fault occurred, complete with the session and game IDs, and sent it to them. Several times.
Eventually £10 of the £95 was added to my account. The rest still has not been paid. They say they have to wait for the game provider to get back to them but It's been more than four months.
