I deposited £50 through instant bank transfer 3 times 1 was credited 1 was declined and 1 was taken from my bank and never put into my balance. I’ve never complained before but it’s a joke I’ve tried talking to them but they don’t respond.
I just want this resolved as I will not deposit more if I suspect this is a common theme this has never happened before on your website in all fairness but the money has one hundred percent left my bank and has definitely not been credited.
