I won 55 000$ Cad few days ago and no one replied to my support emails (4 emails) same on the live chat, can't cash out my gain and I feel fooled and scammed... I can't believe they treat the loyal customer like that it's a shame they are fast to take our money but when it's time to pay the customer they stay so quiet it's a huge amount and I have legitimately won that money so I just want to receive my money...
