My account is fully verified. Had no issues with PlayOJO before. I requested withdrawal on 05.01.2023 for £500. Today its 09.01.2023 and still nothing being processed. In the meantime on same day (05.01.2023) I manage to win £4653.05 which amount I would like to withdraw as well but I can't as my previous £500 still pending. Try to communicate with them via email and on chat but virtual assistant had no solution for me to get whole situation on the right track. Can you please help and sort this issue for me asap. Thank you.
