I withdrew funds and have waited longer than the 11 hours they state it will take to withdraw.
My account is fully verified previously and I have been given no reason for the delay.
I have used the site and withdrawn before with no trouble. So not sure what the problem is now.
I am just very frustrated more than anything, as there has been no update on how long I have to wait for my funds. Every other casino can return funds in mins if not 2 hours.

I recieved my funds around 4am on 26th October 2022. Rather than the published 11 hours to recieve your withdrawal. It took over 24hrs.
They also say that they have faster payments with VISA but they clearly don't. Playojo should update their website with true withdrawal times, as so not worry customers thinking they won't get their withdrawals.
I'm happy I got my funds in the end. But really should be quicker.
