Hi, basically I withdrew £450 on the 26th October. I waited the 11 hour process time but heard nothing and could not see my withdrawal on my pending transactions or withdrawal history which worried me. So I emailed playojo to see what was happening. I was advised that they would need my bank details and some documents, even though I never received any email asking me for documents prior to my email. I've sent the documents and had them verified and now for two days, I have had zero contact from the site at all and still can't check on my withdrawal status anywhere on my account. Please can you help me sort this
