Locked out of account after trying to withdraw
Hi there,
I have recently had a £2000 win at playOJO. I have never played there before so I uploaded the requested verification documents as I tried to withdraw.
After uploading those documents, I received an email saying I could withdraw. That process went pretty quickly and smoothly and was happy. I went to withdraw again and they wanted more documents on top of the ones I had already sent. Proof of address even though I had already confirmed my identity with my driving licence which has my address on it.
After submitting the further documentation, I was locked out of my account and now every time I try to log in it tells me there has been a hiccup.
There has been no notification from playOJO about why I am locked out or when I will receive my money and there is no response to support requests either.
I would like to have my money withdrawn from my account as soon as possible as this is unsettling behaviour from the casino.
It seems strange to me that they will take your money with no verification whatsoever but when it comes to actually taking your money back, it becomes a massive task.
Not impressed with my first experience with the casino.
