On 23rd September I played Kronos Unleashed on PlayOJO and during a bonus games where I had won £123.60 with 1 remaining spin then game crashed and became stuck. When tried to refresh the game would re-run my bonus round up to the same point and stop. I reported this to OJO support and they say they've been in touch with game supplier SG digital, but I have not heard any progress and no feedback. There was 1 remaining spin which could have won anything on top! I attach screen shots taken at the time and subsequently. The game froze until removed from my account. I have had no reassurance this issue will be resolved and my winnings will be dealt with.
