I then asked "Live" chat if they had received my documents, to which they promptly answered that they were being verified and that it would take at most 48 hours.
It is now May 11th and I am in the dark regarding my verification process. I sent two more messages to Live chat, one email to support and a message on Facebook on May 7th, but got no answer at all.
There is 800$ in my account that I cannot withdraw because I cannot get verified.
