Impossible verification requirements and stalling responses
I have been trying to pass impossible verification stages since 1st April to withdraw just £21.65.
I have been asked to provide evidence of funding which I have done multiple times and I am not receiving clarification as to why it has not been accepted. My latest attempt said under my account that the document was under review and now it just isn't there.
I'm either getting no email response or it is taking over a week, and the responses are not answering my question. I have numerous screenshots of receiving the same generic email response saying "I've checked your account and I can see that we will need:" - I can see from the formatting where it is simply copied and pasted from a generic statement.
They are also now saying they need more documents despite on my account it saying funding evidence is the only one missing. I have uploaded the latest two emails, and haven't had a response since.
My balance is showing as zero on my account now - I have the transaction ID reference PW8046335 as the evidence of the withdraw being made
