I uploaded my driver's ID, phone bill and credit card picture on May 10th.
Uploaded the same documents to withdraw on May 14th. I have yet to receive.
The approval of my ID even if I sent mails asking what is wrong. On the site it states that it will take 48 hours to be dealt with. Yet, when I wrote and said I could not play they answered back within 24hours.
Because of that I can't withdraw 4796.81$ that is in my account.

I appreciate the speed taken by play ojo to resend the fund.
Hope my bank will be as fast as them and as soon as I receive
the fund I will let you know. Yesterday was the 6th of June so 2-7 business
day is 8th to 15th of June.
