I have been asked to verify my ID in order to withdraw funds. I’ve uploaded a picture of my passport twice and heard nothing. I’ve also emailed customer service and twice and have been ignored both times. The live chat isn’t working as it is just stuck and messages don’t seem to be sending. This has been going on for about 3 days now, and I still haven’t been able to get in touch with anybody. Not being able to call is incredibly frustrating and I feel as if I’m out of options.
