Hi,
I recently signed up to this casino and played over the weekend.
I tried to make my first withdrawal and PlayOJO have asked for ID Verification, which is totally ok.
I sent through my ID as requested and I also spoke with someone of the Chat.
Since I’ve uploaded my ID (which was on Saturday) I’m now having no response whatsoever.
I have also emailed the customer service without response.
Can someone please verify my ID so I can make my first withdrawal, not a great experience for a new user!
