I have been trying to make a withdrawal for a week now and I haven’t received any help regarding the process of “funding evidence” I have uploaded bank statements, payslips, and my bank card but nothing works.
I would like to withdraw my winnings, which I already have a pending one for.
But nothing seems to be happening. It’s very tedious and I can understand some delays, but this seems a bit much.

wire transfers can take from 2-7 bank working days for the funds to reach you and as there was weekend July 13 and 14 perhaps you will get it today or tomorrow ?
