I made a withdrawal on May 24th, but I still haven’t received the money. It doesn’t show up in my pending withdrawals. I contacted customer support via email, and they said I would receive it the next day. On Monday, May 27th, I contacted them again, and they asked for a bank statement. I provided the information they requested, but I received no response. Today, I contacted them again, and they asked for the bank statement once more. I sent it, but still haven’t received a response
