I’ve had my account for some time now and I wanted to withdraw 390 GBP.
They asked me to verify my ID which I did, and they asked me to verify my card, which I did and it still won’t let me withdraw the money from my account. It asks me to verify documents but it doesn’t say what documents I have no idea what to send them.
Customer service is non-existent, I have been trying to reach them via online chat and email without any success.
