I withdrew £3000 on the 12th of December at around 0130 hours. I thought that the pending process would have been over when I woke in the morning however this was not the case and was still pending. After going on to online chat and sending emails I was told that there had been a lot of other withdrawals and that it would be processed shortly. However yesterday I received an email stating that I had to verify my account again as I had used a new card which is totally understandable. I sent the card pictures and received an email at 1440 saying they had been verified. Today my payment is still pending with no real answer from live support why this is the case.

It was processed ( sent to your bank ) on Friday afternoon 14/12 and we see it was ''settled'' by your bank on 17/12 (yesterday )
All seems to be OK on our side - I checked with Payments and no funds have been returned
So its really your Bank that has not added the funds to your account yet. Keep in mind it also included a weekend when your bank doesn't work
i think its unfair to blame us for taking ''over a week'' when the length of time a wire transfer takes depends solely on your bank.
Hopefully you will get it soon or you could contact them and ask why it takes them so long

Still no sign of any payment into my account! PlayOJO have a lot to answer for regarding fast payments! I hardly think waiting over a week is a fast payment.
