Getting the runaround for a withdrawal request of $200.00
On Monday, April 24, 2023, I won money on Play Ojo Ontario site. I made a withdrawal of $200.00. I hadn’t received a withdrawal confirmation email, so I checked my casino account. Ojo had cancelled the withdrawal and put the money back, in which I had made the withdrawal again. I had contacted customer support and they told me they needed specific banking info, IBAN, SWIFT, name of bank, transit, etc. I uploaded all of that info, yet, once again, they’ve cancelled my withdrawal. So, I made the withdrawal again, contacted them again.
This time, I was told I needed to send them a bank statement, in which I had uploaded that as well. Once again, they cancelled my withdrawal. I keep making the withdrawal request, they keep cancelling, this has been an ongoing process all this week. I have been contacting them again, but lately, they haven’t been responding. I’m not a new member and I know that they have all my info.
