Game error causing incorrect game deduction
I submitted the following email to the PlayOJO support team email address provided last Wednesday.
Dear support
I went to play the Fairie Nights slot and on the first spin, it came up as an error. Prior to that, I had selected my stake as 50p as I remember using the minus button to reduce.
However, going back into the game from it showing me an error and closing the game in my first spin it’s taken £50 instead of 50p!
My usual amount to stake is around 40 to 60p and only increases occasionally if I’m winning. But my balance was only £50.38 so I now only have 38p. I know I did or would not ever press a £50 stake.
Can you please credit my account with £50?

I followed up on Thursday via the same email and today I have still heard nothing.
Playojo should be able to see from my transaction history when the error occurred.
I have submitted this complaint as I have not heard anything and they state on their website to drop them an email and the support team will be ready and waiting to answer your query!
