I have been waiting 4 days now to have my documents verified and still PlayOJO have not responded. I have emailed the support team twice and had no reply. The live chat is a robot that is useless. I am wanting to make a withdrawal and can’t until they verify my documents. After reading other complaints on this site I can see it is a regular occurrence which is really frustrating. The delay in verification and withdrawal is an issue they need to resolve. It is unfair to players to have misleading stats on the site regarding these things.
