Trying to withdraw £4000 that I won. I have uploaded my documents for approval but I've been waiting 3 days now and I'm still unable to withdraw. I have won small amounts before and was never asked for ID approval. I have tried contacting live chat, email and phone. Also I placed a bet on super stake roulette of £5 on number 8, the screen then said "casino error cannot place bet" then number 8 came in. I have made Playojo aware of both issues but feel as if I am being ignored. Please help resolve this issue
