After winning £2000 I wanted to withdraw it. I was then told I need to provide documents, I provided all documents requested 2 days ago with a screenshot to prove my upload was successful, I have emailed the support team a few times with no reply. Meaning I am still unable to withdraw my winnings. I deposited the right way and won fare and square. All of my information is correct and I,m starting to get a little bit worried that I won't be able to withdraw my winnings. Can you please help resolve this.
