Deposit Not credited

Dear Team AG,

I have deposited an amount of 1000INR on 8th oct 2020 through netbanking to my Playojo account. Amount has been debited from my bank account and transaction was successful but it is not credited to my casino wallet.

Initially when I asked playojo team through live chat, they said within 7days amount will be credited to either casino wallet or to Bank account.

Then on 9th I have done one more transaction of the same amount of 1000INR and it was sucessfull and also amount has credited to my playojo wallet. But the transaction which was done on 8th of Oct 20 is still not credited neither to my playojo wallet nor to Bank account.

And later I have sent a mail regarding the issue then I received a mail telling amount has not accepted by playojo hence it will be refunded to the bank account within seven days. After waiting for seven days when I approached my Bank customer service they took complaint and said will be resolved in 5 working days and for that they asked me for the mail received from merchant end for not receiving money. I have forwarded the mail which I had received from playojo to the bank customer care.

After 7days I got mail from bank telling the amount has processed and credited to merchant site on 9th Oct 20 itself.

But till date in my Playojo wallet amount not reflected. And regarding this I have sent several mails to playojo team but none of them were responded. And also my access to the live chat service has been blocked. Now I have no option to contact playojo team.

Please resolve my issue and do the needful.

I have enclosed my Bank statement of Oct 2020 to till date. Mail copy received from Bank end, transaction screenshot and my playojo wallet statement.

Kindly help me as you are the only hope I am left with.

It's been 3days after sharing my bank statement as requested. Nothing heard yet.

Till date I have not received any refund from your side or by your payment provider. Also It has been cleared by my bank through mail that they have successfully processed it to the merchant itself. And as you aware the mail also been forwarded to you.

Once again as you requested I am sharing my bank statement from the date of transaction to till today.Please go through it and process my refund as soon as possible with no further delay.

I already have been frustrated to the core by the service quality of Playojo.Please close immediately and don't drag it to decades.

Please find the enclosed Bank statement for your reference.

I received your mail and replied to the same with my bank statement.

Hi, you have been emailed also by Support

After further investigation this deposit you say you made never reached us. So you must have been refunded by now.

Please check your bank statement again and if you still didn't receive the funds back , please provide Support with you bank statement with today's date for the month in question . Then we will review it again with the payment provider.

Can you delay and withdrawal process
My ID on Playojo ([email protected]) Starting June 2, 2025, and ongoing until July 31, 2025. Although the casino will say I've been at it since October 26th 2024. Their system has been feeding me different stuff from the get-go that being said here my
version.
I received an email telling me here's five hundred dollars to play on we're celebrating 50 million on this platform.
So I started playing. And started having a great time I was winning and having fun. Starting June 9th I put in requests for a withdrawal found out that I had to deposit $100 for verification of approval who I was kyc I believe that's called so I did that kept playing. I have full documentation of all our conversations for me to send them I think would be quite a bit but if need be I can go back and get dates for sure. So I believe June 12th I put in for another withdrawal I was told I had to verify my wallet which was $200.
So I deposited another $200 not taking in consideration the platform fee's. So the casino only recorded a deposit of $193.26
Therefore I didn't hit the $200 requirement to verify my wallet which was my bad I didn't get it right away but I realized that.
I believe on the 12th went on and sent another deposit of $207.66.
With a total of. $505.92 in their system.
So I just complained thinking they would fix it that would it would you know catch up with the system somehow and so I kept playing and I've gotten it up to the total of $615,787.31.
I got to that some and I stopped and I haven't played since I'm still trying to get resolved and resolution to my withdrawal with them admitting that it's all on their side that there should be no excuses I just need help I would like to collect
