Deposit Not credited
Dear Team AG,
I have deposited an amount of 1000INR on 8th oct 2020 through netbanking to my Playojo account. Amount has been debited from my bank account and transaction was successful but it is not credited to my casino wallet.
Initially when I asked playojo team through live chat, they said within 7days amount will be credited to either casino wallet or to Bank account.
Then on 9th I have done one more transaction of the same amount of 1000INR and it was sucessfull and also amount has credited to my playojo wallet. But the transaction which was done on 8th of Oct 20 is still not credited neither to my playojo wallet nor to Bank account.
And later I have sent a mail regarding the issue then I received a mail telling amount has not accepted by playojo hence it will be refunded to the bank account within seven days. After waiting for seven days when I approached my Bank customer service they took complaint and said will be resolved in 5 working days and for that they asked me for the mail received from merchant end for not receiving money. I have forwarded the mail which I had received from playojo to the bank customer care.
After 7days I got mail from bank telling the amount has processed and credited to merchant site on 9th Oct 20 itself.
But till date in my Playojo wallet amount not reflected. And regarding this I have sent several mails to playojo team but none of them were responded. And also my access to the live chat service has been blocked. Now I have no option to contact playojo team.
Please resolve my issue and do the needful.
I have enclosed my Bank statement of Oct 2020 to till date. Mail copy received from Bank end, transaction screenshot and my playojo wallet statement.
Kindly help me as you are the only hope I am left with.
